I haven't been here since the new owners took over, so came here for lunch with a friend!! I got the French Dip and boy let me tell you, super impressed!! This was the best French Dip I've had!! Bread was so soft and fresh!! The meat on this thing was insane!! I will definitely be coming back more!! Thank you for the amazing lunch!!
If you’re gonna try and open a breakfast joint in Hibbing, good luck, ‘cause there is only one place to go - Big Dog Cafe. The portions are pretty darn sizable, so bring that appetite, or a pillow case to stuff the leftovers into for later. The ambiance is awesome because the patrons are awesome, and the service is incredible. You’ll probably feel a little guilty for how much you’ll enjoy yourself. It has been running for years prior to the new ownership and name by the chefs, but it got an upgrade and I didn’t even think that was possible. Love this spot. You will too.
Never actually been in the building, but I've been ordering delivery from them since before the new owners. Hardly even noticed the difference, they stayed true to the menu. My favorites are the Stuffed Hashbrowns and the Mushroom and Swiss burger. For the portion size you get, the price is quite low and very much worth it.

I ordered mine scattered instead of stuffed and they didn’t even blink an eye, made it exactly how I wanted without hesitation. Service was absolutely impeccable, and my food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. Friendly staff, flexible kitchen, and seriously satisfying comfort food… can’t ask for more. Highly recommend!
